DFC employs the Global DMS secure, online system: From the client placing and paying for an appraisal order, to DFC assigning and then our certified appraissers delivering the final reports, the Global DMS system streamlines the processes and employs encryption and other security measures to keep all data safe.
Financial Institutions (banks, lenders, credit unions, etc.)
STEP ONE: Download and complete a DFC Client Agreement Form. Fax your signed, completed form to 1.855.Dominant (1.855.364.6268) or email (electronic signature required) to appraisal@dominantfeaturesamc.com.
STEP TWO: Complete your New Client Sign Up within the secure, online Global DMS Appraisal Management system that DFC employs for assignment, delivery and payment of all appraisals.
Once your DFC Client Agreement Form and Global DMS online signup information have been confirmed and verified, a DFC representative will contact you to initiate the appraisal process.
Non-Financial Institutions (homeowners, attorneys, accountants, etc.)
We have found it simplest for non-financial institution clients to contact us regarding their appraisal needs, because the online system requests multiple fields of information not applicable to noninstitutional clients.
