Become a DFC Appraiser
To apply to join Dominant Features Corp's team of select appraisers, PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR VENDOR PROFILE, then download, complete and upload to your resulting Vendor Portal the following materials:
- DFC Independent Contractor Agreement
- A copy of your current State of California appraiser certificate
- A copy of your Errors & Omissions insurance certificate
- Your resume
- Your completed W-9 Tax Form
- Your Appraiser Fee Schedule
Once you’re a part of the team, you will receive order requests via email, then accept your assignments and upload final reports via your Vendor Portal; all assignments, client communication, and final reporting will be handled through that portal. The whole process comes together in a quick, easy and seamlessly integrated workflow.

Appraiser Duties & Requirements
As noted above, to apply to join Dominant Features Corp’s select team of appraisers, you must complete the DFC Independent Contractor Agreement and return it along with the prerequisite documentation also referenced above.
By submitting your signed DFC Independent Contractor Agreement you agree to uphold and adhere to all the policies noted within the DFC Independent Contractor Agreement.
